Motorola V265 (ALLTEL Wireless)

This phone is very reasonably priced for what you get out of it. Yea its not a comparison to the quality camera that the Razor phone will give you, but then again this phone isn't 200 dollars. I would recomend this phone to anyone that is looking for that stylish flip phone and the ability to customize almost any feature. The phone is able to download "realmusic" ringtones which is a definite plus, no more polyphonic ringtones. The digital camera on the phone is decent, I haven't had any problems with it. The camera doesn't have a flash, but a brightness/contrast button is built into the phone. Some other positive features are: 5 different styles,(vibrate, silent, vib&ring, loud, and soft) that can easily be changed by a click of a button from the outside of the phone, a very loud speakerphone, a record button that allows you to record when your talking to someone, ever need to take down a number and dont have a pen around...heres your solution! All in all I would say that this phone is very reasonable and has boasted very good service compared to other motorola models, the pull-up antenna is a great feature. The only draw back to this phone is that since it has all of these great features the battery life is alittle on the low side, I charge mine about once every 2 1/2 days.

this is an excellent phone for the money.looks good an preforms even better. i live on the edge of no where an have had many wireless phone but none gives the reception this phone does.even takes good pictures. dirtdog13

ALL YOU HAVE TO GO BY IS THE SELLERS WORD. THEY TAKE PICTURES OF A NEW PHONE THEN SEND YOU THE BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP. THIS PHONE SOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN THE GABARGE. I WOULD GUESS THAT 90% OF THE SELLERS ON E-BAY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BUYERS. YOUR FEEDBACK SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK!! IF I WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR THIS SELLER, HE IN TURN WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ME WHEN I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. SO YOU CAN'T WARN OTHER BUYERS ABOUT A SELLER. YOU JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN RIPED OFF, AND TRY NOT TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE ON AUCTION.

I emailed the guy at the email address given 3 times stating the phone does not work. Took it to Altel to hook it up the day it arrived..they said the buttons did not all work and it was water logged. So i emailed to see if i send it back will he return my 70.00??? No answer at all..I sent 3 emails. Because of this I will never order off ebay again. And I can not say a nice thing about this awful purchase either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not like this phone at all, camera did not take good pictures, not user friendly and the earpiece speaker was so bad I could hardly hear while using it!

Good camera, great speakerphone, has voice commands and a great call quality.

But the phone is ugly and standby kills the battery life.

Motorola V265 is a good midrange camera phone that packs alot of features.

My son was looking for a new phone to buy because he had broke his, it was not time to renew our contract so we went on ebay. This paticular phone (motorola V265) looked nice, was reasonably priced and seemed to be popular with buyers. My son really likes the phone and all the features, it is better than the LG he had before.

This cell phone when i got it had a bad battery so they sent me a new battery and now the phone wont work properly after just a few weeks of use very poor

ordered phone when i got it, it was verizon took steps to send back requested alltel again, they sent the same phone but kept the back, so i had to pay shipping total of 3 times and still phone shopping

This was the worst purchase I've made on Ebay. I have stop shopping on Ebay as a result.

I purchased the phone and told the seller I would send a check. The seller immediately sent a non-payment notice. My check cleared and it took 2 weeks for him to withdraw it. It took an additional 2 weeks for my broken phone to arrive. I was told to return it and I did..certified mail. They re-sent the same broken phone. I contacted them and they told me they would refund my money. This time I mailed the phone..not certified because I had already spent too much and trusted them to do the right thing. I sent the phone, no refund. They are fradulent. They stole $50.50 from me.

A lesson learned for me.

I have a friend who bought a phone like this new. She loved it at first, but it has had some problems since she used it awhile. I don't think they hold up that good.

Mine was broken, beat up and I returned it.. hopefully someday I'll get a refund. HAAA haaa haa haa! I agree the feed back system is bullshit. If you buy and pay immediately they will still not rate you accordingly if you tell anyone your real story. Won't buy electronics on Ebay again..... EVER. There are too many real merchants who are happy to take my money. Don't this crap!!

I decided to buy the used phone because my old phone works on and off and I didn't want a new phone because I use it for work and it gets beat up. One word of advice. If buying a used phone, ask the seller for the HEX # which is behind the battery. Take this HEX # and call your cell phone plan provider and have the customer service agent run the HEX # to see if it is connected to another account. Also ask the seller if the microphone and all listening and speaking devices work. If the seller won't give the HEX # then I would probably not buy from them.

I like the color (Black/Silver). The clarity of the colors are very clear. The speed of the Picture download is much faster than any other phones I've had.

I bought because of the price, however, I would have purchased for the many, many features and ease of use. Of course I would not have known that had I not purchased it.

I'm impressed with every feature about this phone and for the price, you can't beat it.

After the 16.99 that is charged for shipping the phone took almost 2 weeks to arrive and then when it did the phone was not programmed with Alltel it was still with Verizon. The convenienced advertised by these sellers is not there and it almost too much of a hassle to deal with them.

Phone not what was advertised, was a stolen phone that had someone else's name/number and could never be programmed for other use.

The phone was mailed immediately and has worked great. I would recommend this seller. The phone is much cheaper and works just as good as the ones in the stores.

i love how it is set up.. the settings is very east to nav. through... they set it up for the everyday talker or the person who stays on the phone 24/7

This phone is a all around good phone for reception and durability. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a good phone. The phone does have a camera but the only thing I dislike about this phone is the camera does not take very high quality pictures. I bought this phone because in my opinion it is the best bang for your buck.

This was gift for a friend, She loved it.She has had many phones, and the phone conpany dropped her insurance, so I decided to go on e-bay and buy her one she wanted. Service was fast, & friendly. I have had in general good luck on e-bay. There is always someone in ever business that is a stinker, but this one was a great seller,and a great e-bayer. Thank-you for this service.
