love the phone just don't care for the five key it is raised and if you hold it down it auto calls the person in the speed dial under 5 which is my mother and scares her when i randomly call and i don't answer....

My phone was broken and I didn't want to buy from Sprint because we are trying to get out of our contract. The phone is simple and it works great.

This is a handsome black phone that has all the latest features (if you don't need a keyboard) of the more expensive models. I purchased it from the original buyer who (with the leather case) was able to keep it in like-new condition for several years. My Windows XP software download the installation software using Plug-n-Play from the internet. Once I learn how to download my pictures/videos, I'll have little need for my digital camera. And best of all, the internet and GPS service options complete my telephone resource needs for road travel.

This phone can not receive picture mail which was one of the most important features I was looking for. Sprint reps even did a hard reset at the store and could not resolve the issue.
