Phone has everything for someone looking for a cool music phone. Plays good mp3s, takes beautiful pictures (for a phone), voice quality is good, has sprint tv and music store.....

I love that it has a standard 3.5mm jack. It has alot of great features and capable of doing things that more expensive phones can do like the instinct or iphone. The external display is almost like a mirror. It's hard to see at times with sunlight. Other than that, it is a good basic purpose phone.

I like that I got this phone for real cheap ..$16...I don't like that it take this phone 5 minutes to load 950 songs. I bought it because I'm a Player and I need a phone to play with.

I bought the use phone motorazr ve20 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

I am really quite pleased with the phone overall. The battery life is quite good and I like the phone aesthetically.
My only complaint is the size of the font, it it quite small for a pensioner. I would like to see an option on "all" phones which would allow the user to select the sizer from a couple three options.

this phone is an alright phone 2 make calls with and th camera is alright. but don't plan on using it with a lot of applications because it likes 2 freeze up.

I really like all of the features that it has as i learn how to use them. I really like the touch screen feature while the phone is closed.

Great little phone. Seems similar to the older raz with a new better camera. The touch screen on the front when close is a nifty little gadget, I like that.

People tend to forget that a cell phone is a phone, first and foremost. Anything beyond that, is a bonus. It's not an "I phone", just a phone that does happen to have a lot of cool features. Not everyone needs a phone that is a computer. I have a computer.... At home. It's not fair to try and compare it to PDAs or other types of phones. The VE20 is a solid, reliable phone. It rings, I answer. I open it up, dial a number, push send, it calls. Bonuses: The touch screen isn't very good. Nearly worthless. The camera is great. 16 GB micro SD is a lot. I have tons of videos of my kids on it. Voice recognition has come a long way from the V3.
