Motorola RAZR V3a (Unlocked)

I thought it was a great phone. It offered eveything I wanted and then some. Slick looking as well. This was the first time I used a phone with bluetooth. Its durable, with tons of features.

My decision to purchase was very persuasive as I received $100 BACK with the two year contract. Now I know why.

Very often when making keypad entries the phone will reset. You have to wait about half a minute to be able to use it again. This is not a quirk of one phone as we actually purchased two. They act the same way. Others have said the same about their v3a phones.

The order of the pictures is terrible. Each year you start fresh at the top and each picture taken is added below it. If you want look at your most recent picture taken you have to arrow down through to find it. This may be apparently a failure to keep the customer happy on other phones and other services too.

The text messaging will send out one message and may be received as two or more messages on the recipient phone - even the exact same phone on the same service. This may be a function of the carrier, not the phone - I'm not sure.

The phone does do the basic functions - call, text message, take pictures, etc, but look for something better, and more reliable.

The last three cell phones I had were also by Motorola (v400, v551, v557) and they were excellent, especially in the areas mentioned above. (Their only problem was the charger connector and connector computer cable. It corroded very easily leaving charging to be almost impossible and computer connection even worse.) Then I had Cingular. When I had to change to Alltel I didn't expect the phone to be one of the major problems.

Again, find a better phone.

I was in a crunch and didnt have time to go into an actual store.It was so great being able to come to ebay and click a few buttons.

Its a cute and sassy looking phone. It has all the apps on it that I am used to using. I fits easily in any pocket.

i dont like the fact that I took the new metro phone to the corporate store only to be told they COULD NOT and WOULD NOT turn the phone on or flash the phone because it is a stolen phone. This useless to me phone has NEVER been intered into inventory. Maybe you didnt realize this but it still doesnt make it right for me. I am stuck with a worthless phone. I work hard for my money like most americans. I feel like I should be re-embersed for this phone. I dont feel that I should have to keep a phone that is worthless to me. tell me. what good is this phone to me if i cant have it turned on. How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot. I dont believe you would feel so good. Of course I would never sell anyone anything that couldnt be used. I am a honest person and I believe do unto others as you would have them do ubto you. I dont believe I will ever shop from ebay like I have in the past.

I like the look of the phone, I like that its very slim, you also normally get good recetion. They hold a good charge, have a decent camera in the phone, I like that the screen is large and the munbers are easy to see and dial. I dislike that they arent very durable.

Great phone, actually got two of them. My youngest son and my husband needed new phones extremely bad. They are a step up from what they had, but not the expensive "high dollar" phones. Really haven't found anything that we dislike about them, they are great phones!!!

First item I received I couldn't believe they could send that to someone, after the the good impression that htey caused on me through their page. Product was in a horrible shape. Product was replaced very fast for a very nice one, though this one wouldn't work properly. Metropcs exchange the phone for me. I never contact them for replacement of the second unit because the issue was solved before and somewhere else. Therefore I can't complain about their cost serv/tech supp, but still the whole situation caused me some head ache and frustration for not having a working phone for a few days. It also cost me some money sending back defective item and transfering contact list. Maybe I was unluck but wouldn't risk buy from them anymore. Again, they stood behind their product. Can't complain about that.

I had a dispute with the seller. Paypal was going to approve reimbursement to me, however, I didn't have the packing tracking number and couldn't get from the seller. Now I have no phone that I didn't want, and no money. What's with that?

The RAZR is the perfect cell phone for talking, good reception and very reliable. Fits perfect in your pocket and it takes a lot of abuse. If you like to text this isn't the phone for you, get a phone with a QWERTY keypad

Everything was great,very happy with the hole deal. I would buy from him without any worries again and again.

i bought this item last june i didnt use it right away but after a month i decided to use it and wen i check it the keypad is not working too good so i email the owner maybe they can do somthing about this although i know the 7 day policy but consideration to it that im not satisfied to it!!

Phone was OK keep cutting off customer service was helpful got a full refund no problem there, but personally I wouldn't buy a phone off the internet do to my
experience unless it is new. When you need a phone don't be cheap spend some money for new.

theres allot of sellers out there selling phones that are store rejects,
they put the picture of a new phone and in very small or hiden inbetween all the phones information they say phone is used some where els they will put in hiddin writing no refunds and no charcher.
70 percent of the phones i recieved have been differant from the picture in pure condition, didnt work correctly, did not charge, and could not put service on them gig chipps didnt work.
all winded up going threw papal to get my money back but still lost out on shipping

i have already one is a reliable phone. i like, is the family phone in my case.i prefer over other phone that i owned in the past, i know a lot of fiends of mine that have one or more in the inner circle of their families.

One can not go wrong with this phone. I have had mine for over a year and it just started to act up. Now a days it is hard to find a phone that will last. I think the Razr's are a great phone that you can now find very inexpensive. I would recommend this phone to all who don't need that fancy 3G crap and just need a good solid phone that will call, text, and take a picture if you really need to.

This was a used phone. It had a lot of porn in the form of photos, video and ring tones loaded on it. I'm glad my grandchildren didn't recieve this phone.

Brought the phone not knowing what to expect,but pleasantly suprised.It was easily activated and all the functions work perfectly.Metro Pcs is the wave of the future.
