I have been with T-mobile for 5 years and have always gotten a new, free phone every year. Last year I decided I wanted to pay for my first phone, and after shopping around I decided to go with the Razr V3. I was a little overwhelmed when I received the phone..there were so many features (camera, video recording and other extras) that I didn't know where to start!
I've only had 1 problem with my razr, and unfortunately it's an annoying one. Just recently, the phone has started to "hang" when trying to dial. It will say its dialing but it won't do anything and won't let you hang up! You have to pull the battery out and reboot the phone in order to start over. There is no guarantee that it won't hang again!
The only other thing that I've noticed, that I've had problems with other cell phones as well, is the battery life. Over time, the battery doesn't last as long and ends up being on the charger more. I purchased a car charger so now I don't have to worry about that.
All in all I love my Razr and all it's features! It draws so much attention in public (which, honestly I'm not sure why because I would never approach people the way I am approached and ask if that's a razr and how I like it!). It's definitely worth a try!

I have had my Razor now for about a year and I just love it, and my Razor is my 6Th cell phone and it is by far my favorite. I love it's slim sleek style I can stick it right in front pocket of my jeans, and just forget it until it rings or vibrates, and it is a light weight phone. It also has a great camera that can take some really great crisp pictures. Also takes some nice short video's. Keeps a Great Signal, & long battery life. One of my favorite is being able to put picture I.D for people calling you that is just awesome that way you see a picture of the person who is calling just so cool then you can also give everyone there own ring tone. I saw where someone left a review saying these phones break easy well I have had mine now for about a year, and I have drop it a few times and on hard surface and it doesn't have a crack on it & no malfunctions of any kind it still works like it did when I bought it new. My whole family loves the Razor so much that they want me to up grade their phones on their B-Days to Razors. I know I love it so much that I am going to upgrade soon to the one with the MP3 player on it. I do say this is a phone I am glad I got and my money was well well spent on. I give it a rating of 5 out of 5.

I absolutly love this phone....My Tmobile phone broke and I am no where near to being close to renewing my contract which means I would of had to pay quite a bit for a new phone. I went on ebay and purchased this phone for very reasonable and it came with lots of extras, I am extremely happy with the phone and it didnt take very long for mr to get it once I purchased it

RAZR v3 is still the best cellphone for your money..The RAZR v3 is small but has all the functions expected on a cellphone. The design is classic and the peripherals are standard to most phones. Great sound, great photos, great value for the industry standard in cellphones.

I love my phone, had one before but my one year old used it as a chew toy.. LOL.. So I loved the fact that I could get the exact same phone "New" but half the cost. Thank you. I will purchase again in the future for my teenager.

I purchased the magenta Motorola Razr V3 and I love the look and feel. It is a good size. Large keypad with great features. But I have a couple of complaints and they are biggies for me. #1) I am unable to see the screen if I am outside. Just glare. #2) (and this is the deal breaker for me) I didn't realize when I purchased it that I wasn't asking the right questions. Yes it has a camera, yes it supports mp3 files, but is lacking in memory. I Installed the motorola phone tools and was only able to transfer 2 songs and between that and the few pictures I have taken it seems that I am nearly out of memory. It didn't occur to me that 5 mb of memory wouldn't be enough. So either my product is defective, or I am out of memory because 5mb is not enough. Regardless, dissapointed because I love the phone, but I'll be returning it and trying either the Motorola W490 (5mb memory + a removable memory card with an additional 2 gig memory) or the MotoRazr V3i which also takes a memory card. So I guess it depends on your needs whether this phone will work for you. Good luck!

The phone is working ok. The only thing I do not like is that the components are made from kind of cheap materials. Also I do not understand why it does not come with a catalog, is it a chinese fake product?
I think it is better of buying a pay as you go phone that can work in different frequencies from T mobile or AT & T and then get someone to unlock it for you.

The accessories that came with it were broken (earpiece) and super low quality.
A manual for the phone was not included.
They would not return ANY of my emails regarding my dissatisfaction.

) The Motorola Razr V3 is my favorite cellphone because of the thin profile, the features are outstanding. With the Phone Tools CD you can add your own music tones, pictures and also backup your info in case you push the Master reset button (which I did one time) but was able to recover all data. I even bought an extra one in case I lose mine. I highly recommend this cellphone.
