will NEVER buy through ebay again. bought 2 v3's in the past year, both listed as new in box, unopened. Got 2 USED, 1 of which was damaged and failed to work. Still haven't seen a dime of my money from paypal, even though both phones had "buyer protection". So many scams, so little protection, unless you are the perpetrator of the scam, then you can get away with just abaout anything, including fraud, illegal importation, customs violations and so on. I ended up contacting AT&T & got 2 new phones, with REAL warranty at no charge.
Bottom line, NEVER AGAIN THROUGH EBAY!!!! for ANY electronics or high end items.
