I've had this phone for over a year now and it is wonderful. It is the highest quality I have ever seen in a cell phone. After a year of hard use (over 1000 hours talk time) it still works perfectly. I've dropped it dozens of times, spilled drinks on it, and put over a thousand hours on it with no problems.
The metal case is great. I'm in the military and I've dropped the phone several times on the steel deck of my ship with the worst damage being a scratch in the finish. Very impressed. All of my previous phone have been plastic and just can't handle that type of abuse.
Stylish, sturdy and reliable. I highly recommend.

I have had my Razor now for about a year and I just love it, and my Razor is my 6Th cell phone and it is by far my favorite. I love it's slim sleek style I can stick it right in front pocket of my jeans, and just forget it until it rings or vibrates, and it is a light weight phone. It also has a great camera that can take some really great crisp pictures. Also takes some nice short video's. Keeps a Great Signal, & long battery life. One of my favorite is being able to put picture I.D for people calling you that is just awesome that way you see a picture of the person who is calling just so cool then you can also give everyone there own ring tone. I saw where someone left a review saying these phones break easy well I have had mine now for about a year, and I have drop it a few times and on hard surface and it doesn't have a crack on it & no malfunctions of any kind it still works like it did when I bought it new. My whole family loves the Razor so much that they want me to up grade their phones on their B-Days to Razors. I know I love it so much that I am going to upgrade soon to the one with the MP3 player on it. I do say this is a phone I am glad I got and my money was well well spent on. I give it a rating of 5 out of 5.

To me the razor cell phones are over rated, they look cool and all, but now everyone has them, I personlly dont like the razor cell phone, becase they break so easy, I have had 8 of them break, I have tried all different kinds of razors, different services razors, but they just break to easy. The screen usuall will break off. They arnt that good to me

I did not like it becuse the seller did not said any thing about a cotract until we pay him and he does not send the cellphone because it needed a cellphone plan. I select this item because in the original information did not indicate that the cellphone requiered plan.

Phone started falling apart within 3 days of use. Tried contacting them by phone which is on the west coast. Since I'm on the east coast, times were inconvenient and messages that I left were never returned. The phone I received was sub standard in quality and I would not recommend these guys to anyone who is thinking of making a future purchase with them

I have one and realy like it. So easy to use it. It so so small and very slick looking. The key board is very confortable and easy. I like the blue color better than the black one. I recommand this phone to anyone and you will not be dissapointed for sure. Thank you very much

Love this phone. This is my 3rd Razr and I wouldn't have another phone. It has great reception, is super slim and is easy to use with all the functions I need. This is the perfect phone for anyone who wants an affordable, stylish, compact phone.

Product does not perform well, small to large problems with re-charging, screen blanking out, and the assembly of the chassis. Obviously these are after market models and have to be re-programmed from language to quick-notes.
Bought the item because it had good reviews and was an upgrade. Be sure to purchase the item from a bonafide primary market seller.

The MotoRazrV3 has been available in the market place for sometime. It is one of the most popular phones on the market. It is because the phone is so popular that the phone has been replicated by manufactures in the far east. You need to be on the look out for replica phones. They are not built to the same quality standards and uses cloned software that may not function to the same standards as the Motorola.
The Razr is a well made phone, however, because Motorola invested in a thin phone with many functions, the phones tend to be less durable. If you are tough on your phone, the Razr is not the right choice for you.
Battery life is only ok. All in all, the phone functions well, is small. I have had 5 Nokias and in my opinion, Nokia makes the most durable solid and reliable phones.
The Razr is a well made phone, however, because Motorola invested in a thin phone with many functions, the phones tend to be less durable. If you are tough on your phone, the Razr is not the right choice for you.

I bought an unlocked RAZR and it works well as advertised. I only have two complaints. The screen is impossible to see in the daylight, and the software that comes with it only works on a PC. We Mac users are shortchanged.
Update: The phone stopped working after 9 months. Luckily I bought a warranty from SquareTrade and they refunded my purchase price. SquareTrade is fabulous!

I am extremely satisfied with the Customer Service of this supplier. The Shipping was fast and the customer service response was fast as well. The item description was accurate except for the NEW part. According to Motorolla, the phone is REFURBISHED. The phone has a faulty speaker and I have no warranty to repair it. I did not get a chance to file a DOA request with the supplier until after their required 7 day period. I agree with their policy and of the 7 days and that the don't allow any flexibility with that rule. I am only dissatisfied with the description being incorrect. I will buy from this buyer again, but I will check the items on arrival right away.

I bought this particular phone because I needed a replacement but I didn't have a lot of money to spend. Huge mistake on my part for trusting a stranger. The first phone I received did not work so I had to mail it back (paying postage once again) so I now have $26.00 in postage fees. The second phone I received seems to be ok so far except the charger didn't charge the phone so I had to go buy one from Wal-Mart... another $15.00. If I had known I was going to incur all of these extra charges I would have gone to a company that backs their products and spent the extra money on their reputation. I believe at least a company would have made things right without the extra charges. Be careful people, seems to be some real greedy people trying to scam us out of our hard earned money. I have purchased several Razrs because I prefer a solid, well built phone that is thin & lightweight, easy to use yet loaded with features. You do need to take proper care of this phone, as it will not stand up to abuse or moisture. I use the Bluetooth features for wireless accessories & file transfer, both of which is does quite well. The Razr carries a strong signal strength even in low signal ares which is also important to me. The camera is adequate, and pictures easy to tranfer via Bluetooth or USB to my PC with Motorola phone tools software, which also allows you to make your own ringtones, wallpapers, etc.
You cannot drop a Razr into water and expect it to work, so don't. You cannot throw it across the room and then complain that it won't work, although I have seen them take a few "incredible" falls and still function fine.
Overall, a Great Phone for the money !!!

Pros: Works great! I've been customizing all my ringtones and sounds. It does everything I want it to do. And for the price you really can't go wrong with it.
In his description I think the seller says he/she isn't responsible for the quality of the battery. My phone has only like... 1.5 hours of constant use then it dies. But, like I said above, it's a great phone!

This phone is awesome it was a great buy for my eleven year old son it is easy for him to work and I can lock the internet on this phone so he can not run up a bill. I am very very pleased with this phone then again it is a razr I should have know it would be awesome.... Razr's rock in my opinion
