A Really Great Phone!

I needed a replacement for my dying pocket pc phone. While this is a smartphone, it performs very well for my needs. I've owned Motorola phones in the past and know them to meet/exceed expectations. The Moto Q 9h is loaded with features and is able to be upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.1. It has a decent sized screen that has a sharp, bright display. It's perfect for watching movies and surfing the 'net. It has speakers that have a quality sound, unlike any other phones I've known. They even have settings that include Bass Boost and Spacial Separation. Music and Movies sound awesome. Bluetooth 2.0 and GPS are also features of this phone. The ONLY dislike I have is the lack of Wi-Fi. The 2.0 mega pixel camera performs admirably in both picture and video taking. It has a flash that is downright blinding. It has voice command/dialing capabilities. It has a built in app that I wasn't aware of till after getting it. It can use bluetooth to remotely control a bluetooth enabled computer (pc). You can watch movies on your computer from across the room and not have to get up to start/stop the movie, select another or change to music listening. It also has settings for general computer controls and for power point use. As it's running Windows Mobile 6.0, other software can be added as desired. Example: while Windows Media Player does well playing .wmv and .3gp files, I added Divx Mobile Player and can enjoy .avi files as well. Battery life is as advertised. The phone comes with 2 batteries (from the manufacturer), one lasts for 5 hours and the extended battery DOES last for 9 hours. The only reason the phone didn't get an "Excellent" rating is because the lack of Wi-Fi. All around though, this is a great phone you'd be pleased to own!
