Very smooth operation. It has the feel of a quality instrument. Flip is very smooth and precise. Only complaint: the small flap for the charging door is very fragile and care must be taken not to dislodge it from the phone. Replacements are impossible to get. So, be careful when you connect it to the charger. By far the best phone for the money. ~Jim

I have had no trouble with this phone. I bought it so I could check my stocks, and the Openwave internet device on my phone works very well. I like the voice calling feature, I almost always use it when calling. I have over two hundred names in my phonebook. The only thing that I had trouble with was transferring my Outlook contacts by cable using Motorola Phone Tools. I bought the cable on Ebay, and it might be counterfeit. I had no trouble transferring by using my bluetooth dongle. I haven't used the music player very often, but it does work very well.
