Only complaint: the small flap for the charging door is very fragile and care must be taken not to dislodge it from the phone. Replacements are impossible to get. I bought it so I could check my stocks, and the Openwave internet device on my phone works very well. I like the voice calling feature, I almost always use it when calling. I have over two hundred names in my phonebook. The only thing that I had trouble with was transferring my Outlook contacts by cable using Motorola Phone Tools. I bought the cable on Ebay, and it might be counterfeit. I had no trouble transferring by using my bluetooth dongle. I haven't used the music player very often, but it does work very well.
