Motorola MOTOFONE F3c (Unlocked)

as soon as I charged up the battery and slide my sim card in, the difficulity seeks in. it's not as user friendly as it looks. The phone freezed up numeral of times as I attempted to dial some one. In this case "you really get what you pay for". Though the design attracts me to it, don't let the sleek and thin design look fool you, it's supper cheap and not a user friendly at all. After about 5 minutes of used, I've gave up on it. Hope and can return it and get my money back.

This is the more durable, reliable, rugged and BASIC cell phone ever sold. If you want bluetooth, internet, MP3's, television, SMS, camera, foot massaging, dancing dogs or any of that other crap that everyone demands these days, you're out of luck. This is a CELL PHONE, not a gee-whiz toy for the masses. It makes cell phone calls, and that's IT. It was designed for 3rd world countries, not for fickle, cutting-edge US consumers. It works extremely well for making cellular calls. It DOES allow the use of a handsfree headset (google F3 pedestrian) and it DOES have a speakerphone that works great. If all you want is a basic phone (hardly anyone sells JUST a phone anymore!), this is for you.

Its a beautiful 2nd phone if bought unlocked, for friends to use or camping or backpacking nice and light and if lost well at least its not my i phone !!!!!!!

If all you ae looking for is a phone to talk on and thats it this is a great phone. NO bells and whisltes at all.

Seller forgot to mention that the Motorola F3 phone uses ONE jack for BOTH charging AND the headset. This jack is proprietary. Standard miniplugs do NOT work with the F3. The F3 also does NOT have Bluetooth so, that is not an option. Motorla does NOT include a wired headset in the box and, so far, I have not been able to locate one in numerous commercial venues. Even calling Motorola directly was unsuccessful. No headset = no safe and legal use while driving. Buyers should be provided with this limitation BEFORE the sale!

That's it! Want more? Then maybe it is not for you! It has a very good quality sound, specially in speakerphone mode where most phones will usually give you some static with the F3 sound quality is close to perfect.

It has a very easy to read screen with very large characters, that you can read outside with the sun shinning on the screen, because the screen is not a LCD but a e paper type of technology that is close to not scratchable, and unlike a LCD very light. When it comes to it being sturdy, it handles falls very well, there is a video of a guy online stepping on the phone and showing it still being fine, you can try to bend it it is very difficult.

If you want email, picture messaging, camera, internet or anything on this phone then its not for you. This phone has the same features that wireless handset for your land line does, and that's what makes it a very good phone if that is all that you need.

It is acceptable cheap replacement phone when the primary phone lost and you can not afford a new one. However, with the price that I paid 4.50 dollars a gallon for the gasoline, then this phone will be bang for the buck.

For what it is - a simple no frills phone, it works just fine. Battery life isn't as long as taunted, but does last several days without charging.

The Phone is a good phone and very easy to use but i did not like the fact the screen was not in color. Other than that it is a good phone.

If you want a basic phone with no camera or video this is the one for you. It functions well but needs to be in a case to protect the screen.

This phone came in a timely manner and was delivered in a sealed, brand new box. I have not used it yet because I have not gone over seas yet.

But no one seems to care about the inaccuracy of the seller.

This is a slim phone that you can easily drop in your pocket. Sound quality is good. Reception is good. Display is like an Etch-A-Sketch. Difficult to read text messages, review call history and scroll through your contact list. Don't pay much.

I dislike the screen of the phone. The phone is very innoying to deal with because it is hard to read the words but the phone is very light and very slim which i did love about it.

My wife bought a cheap phone to replace her broken one. She whines frequently about how it works differently from newer ones. It was a bargain though.

Was looking for an affordable option to upgrading with my wireless service....this phone is a plain jane model with limited features.....it works well with none of the bells and whistles....would be a good backup phone if something happens to main phone.

I wanted a new, lightweight, high-quality telephone only. I don't send email from it, I don't need another camera. I wanted long talk time and long standby time. I got neither. It was hard to hear others through the static, although my friends claimed to hear me just fine. I couldn't figure out how to use the speakerphone, and it didn't come with a headphone set. I like the fact that it is so small and lightweight, but I went back to my other Samsung flip phone, because the talk time and standby time was much longer.

Hmmm, where do I start. I received the phone, which I thought I got a good bargain for. Nothing against the seller because everything he stated in the ad was correct...however, the quality of the phone is horrible. I bought this for my daughter to have in case because we were waiting for hers to be fixed. Well she's 15 and she loves to text. When using the texting option the words are so big you can fit 1 word on the screen at a time then had to scroll over to see each additional word. I've searched throughout the phone for a settings option to decrease the size of the writing. The phone didn't have that option! It is good for calling. I'll give it that. But for the typical teen that uses for texting....it's horrible. I wish i would've put an addition $20.00 to the cost of that one and got her what I refer to as a "real phone." When my daughters phone was fixed one of her friends lost their phone, my daughter offered to give her the one I bought. Her friend knew the phone she was referencing and declined her offer. She went without a phone for almost two weeks before her mom was able to buy her another phone. It's funny she was willing to go without than have a phone like this!

I like that the phone was cheap and unlocked. It seems to have pretty good battery life. I hate that the manual for it was in Spainish, it took me forever to figure out how to delete text messages, I have yet to figure out how to edit contacts. I also dislike that you only see 1 line of text at a time. I baught it to replace my AT&T phone that got wet.
