    Nice looking phone, lightweight. Nice camera, too. Lots of neat options, really like MP3 player. Doesn't have Get It Now though, which is what I'm used to using for downloads.

    The buyer mislead us in thinking we were purchasing a brand new cell phone when in fact the phone was activated. The condition of the phone was described as new, never opened when it should have been labeled as used. The seller refuses to accept or acknowledge the facts.

    Beware of this seller.
