I love the exterior and it has super bright lights so you aren't fumbling in the dark. The only problem is that I can't save ANY contacts in my phonebook because it freezes the phone and says "CHECK SIM". I hope it's just the SIM card and not the actual phone. But nevertheless...I'm thrilled. It's a cute phone for a good price. Gets the job done.
