Motorola E815 (Unlocked)

I can't give a perfect rating because the initial phone that I received was damaged and had to be sent back. However, I was very impressed by the fact that I was able to get my replacement phone sent in the mail before the first phone had gotten back to them. They sent out the replacement phone as soon as I gave them a delivery confirmation number for the phone I was mailing back to them and got it in a couple of days. This phone works perfectly phone so far in the month and a half I have had it. I am satisfied with the service overall and I would definitely consider getting my next cell phone from them again.
