Well written, excellent information. Bike specific info goes up to about 2004. Eric's background and experience is without peer. Not a "feel good" type book, it's full of tech. Nothing so deep to make your eyes glaze over, but probably the best info in one book that's easily readable.

) Great book for beginners or those who forget things from the last rebuild. More of a general rebuild book. It doesn't replace the clymer manuals, but compliments them.

Excellent Book for the Father Son race team starting out or that have been into MX for a couple of seasons and need some pointers. Lots of great advice and Eric trys to make sure you do not spend money on the wrong things.
