Richard Lavoie was the keynote speaker at the Behavior Institute I attended in Lexington, KY. He made such a big impression on me, I decided to purchase his book. If you are a teacher, parent, coach or counselor this is a MUST read. It should be mandatory for ALL teachers before they are allowed to step foot into a classroom. An excellent book on motivation.
