Vampires with guns??

This movie had some moments, but for the most part didn't deliver. I watched it because of my interest in Hyde, but his role in 'Last Quarter' is far more adept. This film was supposedly about a vampire who falls in love, but the love story came down to this: one long, yearning glance between the two characters, that's it. Plus for a vampire movie, there was surprisingly little blood-drinking- only twice did he get a bite in. It almost seemed like the director couldn't figure out what he wanted this film to be about.
There is a lot of interesting gun play, in Asian-karate movie style with impossible leaps and movements... BTDT, yawn. And I couldn't help but wonder, 'why would a vampire even be using a gun?' This film only mildly held my interest and the ending was annoyingly inexplicable. Wasn't exactly a waste of time, but didn't blow my skirt up either.
