    The Monthy Python comedy troupe began their television series in 1969 on the British Broadcasting Company's network. The second season was first broadcast in 1970.

    The episodes included in this 2 DVD disc box set are 20-26, or those from the second half of their second season. The Monty Python cast performs in all of the episodes. These DVDs are for Region 1.

    Special DVD features included are: animated menus, numbered scene selection capability, rare photographs of the comedy troupe in a gallery format, extra film footage, biographies of the troupe's members & the essential "Monty Python Glossary."

    Some reviewers write that this is the better of the the 4 DVD box set releases. It's certainly a swell addition to the Python fans' collection~
