Monster 4X4 World Circuit (with Racing Wheel) (Wii, 2006)

This game didn't really get that much attention on the X-Box so Ubisoft decided to try it out on the Wii.

If you havent played the first one it is just a sequel of a Arcade Racing\Stunt game. You can preform stunts over wrecked cars using the motion sensor;

Example: To perform a backward somersault, for example, you move the controller in a circle toward your body. Another popular move, the tornado (a sort of midair spin), is accomplished by moving your arms in a circle to the left or right. If you want a nitrous boost, flick your controller forward. As you perform these different stunts, you will earn points that you can later cash in for vehicle upgrades to boost your performance.

This game may be a port of the original but not much is known yet except for that there will be alot of different single player modes due to the Motion Sensored Wii-Mote.

My husband and kids love playing this together. The racing wheel isn't the best because it doesn't have the hole for the remote so the buttons still work, but we bought a Wii brand racing wheel that has the hole so one remote works while being in the racing wheel and thats all you really need. Fun game though.

We love the Nintendo Wii. The graphics are fantastic and the game selection so far (we're not big gamers) has been more then adequate.

I bought Monster 4X4 World Circuit because my 5 year old love Mario Kart and monster trucks. What could be better than a monster truck driving game?

I think the designers missed a great opportunity to make this game a necessity. The graphics look only slightly better than my NES and the driving action does not even come close to providing a realistic experience. Is it that Mario Kart is just so much better that I'll never enjoy another driving game? I think not. I enjoyed Cruisin' World on the N64. I definitely rate that game better than Monster 4X4 World Circuit.

My 5 year old won't know the difference so he'll be happy to have it (it's a birthday present) but I won't be surprised if he gravitates toward Mario Kart instead.

Got this for my sister's son. He loves monster trucks. It was hard at first until you play it awile. Then you learn how to play it is fun. With the differnt course. You can change the paint on your truck. He realy likes it.

good racing....good life like steering...good trucks and monster trucks...great courses to race on and great multiplayer scenerios...great online playing and the computer isnt to bad a racer either

I got my package with no problem in good timing...There was a lil piece broken from the steering wheel but nothing I couldn't fix...

I bought this game primarily for my 4-year old who really likes monster trucks. He particularly likes the part of the game where you get to run over other cars. When I played it with him, we played one-on-one & it was fun, but I kept forgetting about the steering wheel & was trying to use buttons to move different directions instead. All in all, definitely a game I would recommend.

My son really likes the game. He enjoys playing it. I was going through looking for games and I decided to buy this one. Once he got it and start playing it he loves it. It keeps him busy. Adding the driving wheel was a great addition.

Cant beat it for the money. My seven year old is obsessed with this game now. I like it too and I'm 50; E for everyone... right!

The graphics are like looking at a PS2 game, but the fun game play makes up for that. The game is not too challenging, which keeps it fun. Controls great after you get used to using the steering wheel.

This game has terrible controls and very tight circuits which makes for frustrating game play .The graphics would be laughed at ten years ago .Really I've played better looking games on the Original Playstation, N64 and Dreamcast.This game stinks .Stay well clear and don't be tempted to even part with $5.00 for this garbage.The wii controls are just tacked onas an after thought because this game was on every system ages ago.It's a steaming pile.

A great game for all ages! Easy to learn and easy to play, sheer enjoyment. You might not find this challenging if you are a hard core gamer but for those thousands new to Wii and gaming this is a must buy. Priced reasonable. Buy it and get to having some easy fun times in your life!
