  What a buy!!

I was looking for this book for 2 weeks, finally I decided to suck it up and pay the $29.99 at Barnes & Noble because buy the time you buy it online and pay for the shipping I wasn't saving much and besides the fact I needed before 5-7 business days. Needless to say B&N didn't have it at the store, which I found annoying. Then I found the book on ebay for less than Amazon.com ($17.96 vs. $19.96) and it shipped 2 day air for only $6.99 whereas Amazon charges $9.99 for standard delivery (which is 5-7 business days). I placed my order on a Friday and got the book the following week on a Tuesday. It was great!! I had it in time for my husbands birthday gift. Thanks.

need it for college and it's my subject to take, the only thing is that the print could be larger but the book cover all the subjects that i must learn about so i can't ask for anything more then this.

I bought the Molecular Gastronomy book one month ago. This book is a new generation of the understanding of how to cook. Never more cook blindly than owr grandmothers still do. It´s a excelent book that summary the principals events inside of a kitchen. If you feel the need of know the events that occurs when you cook, so you have to read this excelent book. I think this book is for the style of person that ask always how the things surround happen. Herve this is the father of this new current so I decided bought his book. I recommend this book, read it!!
