Modern Real Estate Practice by Fillmore W. Galaty, Robert C. Kyle, Wellington J. Allaway (2002, Paperback, Illustrated)

The book is in good condition. Planning to purchase a home and I brought the book in order to familiarize myself with some real estate concepts. Haven't read the book yet.

There is a newer edition!This is the title used in KY pre-license real estate classes. It is very comprehensive. The guide is very helpful as well as the CD (test generator) that was included. The newest edition (17) has a website where you can download the test generator.

If there was a worse category then poor, I'd chose it! It's been well over a month since I ordered this, way past the promised delivery time, my credit card has been charged, I've e-mailed twice inquiring and have not heard a word from the seller. Nothing. No Book, No Response. I needed this for a class which I now must source elsewhere & it will be late. Next step is to file a claim. Don't use this seller! It puts me off on the whole e-bay experience.

The delivery took two weeks after I placed my order on September 3, accepted and acknowledged by the seller on September 6 and gave me a delivery date between September 13-29. The book did not arrive until October 3. I even emailed the seller for an update and did not get a response. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY MUCH TOO LONG TO SEND OUT A BOOK. THE CLASS WAS ALREADY 6 WEEKS INTO THE SEMESTER AND I HAD TO DO A LOT OF CATCHING UP TO DO. Besides the delivery issue, the book is in excellent condition.

It was easy reading, and interesting, which can't be said about most real estate study guides! I LOVE this book.
