This is an over-sized, picture-laden, glossy-paged, cookbook with recipes from modern Morocco. "Simple, traditional cooking methods and classic spice mixes mean that it is easy to produce the flavours of Morocco at home." There are "mezze & soup" recipes to whet the appetite; street food for relaxed eating; couscous and tagines -- tagine of lamb is one of my favorites; roasts, grills and pan fried dishes; salads and side dishes; sweets, pastries and drinks; basic flavoring and ingredients; and an index. There is something for everyone in this cookbook -- varied cooking methods and diverse meat & fish & vegetable recipes to get your mouth watering. Relax and enjoy!
