I love this book. I finally have a collection of recipes to make many types of mixes that are far less expensive than "store bought" and I can spell and pronounce all the ingredients that are being used.

Mix-A-Meal is the book EVERY person who has food storage should have!!! It allows all of us to use what we have to make easy, "boxed food" type instant meal packets. WHAT A BLESSING!!!!!!

Mix-a-mealThis is a very handy book to have. It details how to make the various quick mixes that can be purchased ie. Bisquick and others like it. By making your own mixes you are assured of the contents, freshness and lack of unneeded additives and preservatives.
