I bought the movie because i love it. I have not yet to receive the the movei and it has been over 1 month.


I still have not received the movie!! much much too long!!!

I have written before. I have received the movie and can not get feedback. Once they said the couldn't find the movie in their stock and I got a $1.99 refund for shipping costs. At this point I would like the entire
amount of $14.92 refunded minus the 1.99.
Please make this order right or I will never order form you again and alert every one I know that uses E-Bay.
I want a response and want my money refunded, I am on a limited income and cannot afford to just waste my money. you should be prepared if you are going to offer for bid.

Awesome movie for anyone building or remodeling a house. It is a classic example of what can and will go wrong when we take on a project that we think we can handle with no problems.

You must see this movie before building your new home or if you just want a great laugh and a look at slice of post WWII America. Every building problem the Blandings had, we have had. It prepared us for the stressful process of getting our country dream home built. We even bought a copy for our builder. Needless to say, Grant, Loy, Douglas and the entire cast are superb. Nobody can act as well anymore. Some humor is just timeless. Through it all, the movie has helped us keep our sense of humor! We've watched it a half a dozen times.

I decieded to buy this dvd because i love old movies when it came i poped it in it was really good they knew how to make good movies in earlier times and im glad to see this seller have the classic movies along with the mondern and i thank them so a 5 str all the way thank you

Cary Grant has always been my favorite actor. And this is a splendid movie. And Melvyn Douglas is adorable in his role. It is a delightful story which I love watching over and over again.

If you ever bought a house and found out that one thing leads to another when fixing it up, you need this movie! Cary and his wife with a few friends will keep you in stitches and you can watch this classic over and over and still laugh out loud.

For those who have built a home--this movie will bring back memories. Of course, Gary Grant is wonderful as is the rest of the cast. A humorous look at what should be a relatively simple purchase.

This is a wonderful movie! Even though I have seen it many times, it is one of our favorites, so I decided to buy it on DVD! Typical Cary Grant movie - funny, light and family fare! If you have never seen it and enjoyed the more recent Tom Hanks movie, The Money Pit, you will love this movie too! Makes a great gift for someone in the midst of building a house too!

I bought this movie on recommendation from Martha Stewart. It was wonderful, has a good sense of humor and a sweet and timely message. The story made me appreciate what we have today and the way "things use to be".

Highly recommend this movie.

Typical Cary Grant double takes and chaotic frenzy with impeccable timing and of course, good looks. Myrna Loy is the fabulous wife who puts up with it all. The Blandings are fed up with high rise living in the burgeoning New York City and decide to build a house in Conneticut. Jilarity ensues when everything that could go wrong DOES! Alls well that ends well in this well told tale from yesteryear.

It's an old fashioned movie, with Cary Grant and Myrna Loy. A city couple decided to move to the country, but the quaint little cottage they found had to be totally torn down and rebuilt. The process has one hitch after another. It appears that "Money Pit" was a remake of this movie. It's charming, funny, and it's CLEAN - for the whole family.

I like that they had fst shipping and everthing was as told it would be, bought for my mom and she loved it.

This movie is said to be the first Money Pit, like the one with Tom Hanks. I have been a fan of the Tom Hanks Money Pit ever since the first time I saw it.I thought it would be nice to see where the idea came from, so I bought Mister Blandings builds his dream house. It was a good movie, and had some funny parts.
