My daughter read the book first and loved it, and then she passed it on to me. The tragedy that these two families endured would have tested anyone's faith in God to the max. Yet, with all the ups and downs, their blog seemed to help them release a lot of pent up emotion. God is so proud of these families that they continued to hold on to Him for strength, love and wisdom. Such a wonderful book and highly recommend it to every age group & gender.

I decided to buy the book because it happened so close to my home. I couldn't put it down once I started it. The book was a lot more than I expected....very gut wrenching and spiritual. I think I read thru it in a very emotional 5-6 hours. I would put it on the must read list. My husband now has it and my daughter is next on the list!

This is a heartwrenching true story of two families who go through a tragedy but come out stronger in the end. I read the book very quickly because I couldn't put it down. It left me smiling in places & crying in others. Wonderful book if you like inspirational stories.

No likes or dislikes since I have not read it yet. Usually only get the chance to read books while on vacation & this will be another book to read. Bought it because it was a non-fiction story.

I bought it for my mom as a birthday present. She LOVED it. She then let me borrow it telling be it would inspire me, and it did. Great book!

Seen the family's on Oprah and was amazed how well they seemed to have taken everything that has happened to them.

This was an incredible story told by one family who had experienced the loss of a child only to discover the "re-birth" of that child while the other family experienced the opposite and how the 2 families had the strength to survive through their religious beliefs.

This book was so good!! I read it in 2 days and couldn't put it down. really kept your interest. I feel sorry for both families, and wish them both well.

This was the best story I have ever heard of. It is amazing how God works. He used these people in spite of heartache to be a witness to the world for Him and what an amazing witness they have been. I pray for these families and my faith has grown stronger because of this story. I hope that if ever faced with anything like this my faith and love for God will prove to be as strong as theirs. Wonderful book told from the viewpoint of the families involved who lived through this true to life drama one day at a time. This resembles something
that should be a "made for tv movie", not something that could actually happen in real life, but it did! I read through this book in 1 day! Couldn't put it down!

this book was of intrest after hearing about the accident. I learned about the accident after watching a date line episode on tv. It is amazing to see how families can go through such a devistating event in their lives and not lose faith in GOD.

Great heartfelt story of 2 families who in tragic times came together, wow! One buried whom thet thought was there daughter, and the other cared for a girl whom they believed was theirs, learning later that the two where the others child, and one family was over joyed to find out the child they thought they lost was alive, sadness for the other family as they learned the fate that theirs was the one who had actually passed away 5 weeks earlier in this tragic accident, their faith brought them all together, wonderful people, I am so sorry for there loss!

I loved this book. I could not put it down and read it in 2 nights. Both of these families are so strong and their words were so powerful! Would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

This true story was very well written. This terrible tragedy brought 2 families together. How sad to believe your daughter is alive fighting for her life when actually another family has buried her thinking it is their dead daughter. As for the other family, as I've often wished or wanted to believe someone I love isn't really dead and will walk through the door, this happened to them when they discover that they buried someone elses daughter as they walk into the rehab center.

I saw the Oprah show and had to know the whole story, a very touching story about 2 christian families and how they survive tragedy. I cried throughout the story, I feel for the mothers.

I loved the book, you felt like you were going throught the emotions with each family. I didn't like how it left mevguessing about some things.

This is truly the best book I have ever read. Even though I knew the outcome; I didn't know the details. These families faith in Jesus Christ is what made me want to continue the book. I read the whole thing in one day. I could not put it down. Their faith is what made me want to read every word right now. I praise them for their courage to write a book like this, I am sure that it was not easy, but their faith is what made them do it. I only hope that my faith would be as strong as theirs if my faith was put to the test like theirs was. I wish there were more such books out there to read.
I strongly recommend this book to everyone. I decided to buy this book after turning on Oprah on day and only hearing part of the story. I wanted to learn the whole story. We have 4 children and I know that phone call can easily happen to us also. I pray that we are as blessed with the same conviction to our Lord as these people are.
I have never purchased a book on the internet as fast as I purchased this one. I am grateful I did, I will truly never be the same person. I have told everyone about the book and have several people wanting to borrow it.

This is a very captivating story that holds your attention to the very end. I had actually saw this first on the Today show then on Dateline and I knew I had to get the book so that I could read the whole story. You would think that this could only happen in the movies but to realize that this is true and it actually happened to two families is gut-wrenching to say the least. It is amazing that these families had such faith and their love of God is what got them through such a traumatic ordeal.
