Timeless

I bought this copy of Lauryn Hill's cd, which was released about 10 years ago, simply because I miss her style, her music, and her element from the music world. Not to mention that, back then, I had the cassette tape. lol. So, now I have the cd, which I can play anywhere. More importantly, her songs are like her father-in-law's (Bob Marley), timeless. And, to prove it, her album is still selling at virtually the same price as a new album. She had her moment, we had her and were captivated by her and her music, and somewhere along the lines, we lost her. Life happens. I just wish she was stronger mentally, spiritually, and emotionally to overcome the trials and tribulations that were thrown her way (mostly by her husband), and that she would get back on the music scene and reclaim her stance. All we really have of her is this one great solo album (plus her other songs with the Fugees). Listening to it, her music still strikes many chords within me. So, I'm glad I finally decided to buy it again. Bless up Lauryn!!
