This is absolutely one of the best books out there; my only qualm is that the chapters were shorter than I had wanted - meaning, I wanted MORE so I hope they do a second book. My focus as an adult who is switching career to education research was the entire book but personally, the CAPD/GT was of use. This is the chapter I felt could use more.
However, this is not a complaint - you will soak this but up and it will leave you wanting more, like a great performance. It is packed with research that you'd have to spend months or years acquiring on your own and it is all in one area. It is an incredible source of information and even the educated professional will have many "aha" moments. Buy it and enjoy it; it will change your life even by informing you of our society...
