A wonderful experience!
This book is essential for anyone who wishes life could be better. What a surprise...it actually is! The author very simply describes what can be a complicated concept of an individual's perception creating their reality...that is, finding peace in your heart in the midst of ordinary life. Some people pay for illegal drugs, or pursue any number of other dead-ends to achieve some contentedness in life, but all along had the wrong perception of just what is really important. And it's not rocket science either. It's very easy to read, and I wish I'd read it thirty years ago. Better late then never. Although the author is a zen monk this book has nothing to do with religion, and everything to do with happiness. Please read it.
