
Excellent for getting started in exercise

This DVD is an excellent walking exercise program, especially for the obese. It has the ability to warm up and cool down, as well as a guide for how far you have walked. I started this program at over 400 pounds, at first, all I could do was the warm up. Gradually, I have increased to the entire mile. That's what I love about it - no one is there to pressure you to go too far and too fast... you are in the privacy of your own home and can do it at your own pace. I have lost 50 pounds so far. I recommend if you are obese like I am, to do a portion of the walk, stop the dvd and rest. Then pick up right where you left off and rest as many times as you need. Show the walking program to your doctor also. Mine recommended it and I just love it!
