Miracle Mile Walk with Leslie Sansone (DVD, 2002)

This DVD is an excellent walking exercise program, especially for the obese. It has the ability to warm up and cool down, as well as a guide for how far you have walked. I started this program at over 400 pounds, at first, all I could do was the warm up. Gradually, I have increased to the entire mile. That's what I love about it - no one is there to pressure you to go too far and too fast... you are in the privacy of your own home and can do it at your own pace. I have lost 50 pounds so far. I recommend if you are obese like I am, to do a portion of the walk, stop the dvd and rest. Then pick up right where you left off and rest as many times as you need. Show the walking program to your doctor also. Mine recommended it and I just love it!

This is a great DVD to begin the Leslie Sansone walking programs. Just a mile walk that is done in your home in 15 minutes, with clear instructions and energetic music! Very motivating as well -- and easy to fit in only 15 aerobic minutes regularly! I purchased two more Sansone DVD's after I got this one so that I could build up to 30 minutes of aerobic walking!

I love this dvd. I discovered the "miracle mile" on ONDEMAND which is provided thru my cable. Each month the programs changed and the miracle mile wasn't on. I do this dvd everyday.

I like this DVD because if I do not want to work out or have no time (which is almost every day), I just pop this in and drag myself through it, it's just enough to get your blood pumping and endorphins rushing. It may give you just enough energy, so maybe you feel like taking a 20 minute walk afterwards. Or you can just stop and you've gotten in your workout for the day.

I wanted a quick workout to do in the morning. This is a great, fast workout. I love it. It is a good way to get a cardio workout in a short time.

I bought this as a gift for my sister. I own it already and I love it. It allows me to walk a mile anytime right in my living room. It only takes 15 minutes for the mile walk. It has helped me with my weight loss. Thanks.
