This was a gift for my husband, who is a die-hard Viking's fan. As soon
as his gifts were all opened that was the first item that he listened to.
I believe he will enjoy the Viking's CD.

) For the Minnesota Vikings fan, this CD should be in their collection. The music certainly isn't entirely specific or original to the Vikes, but it does convey the general sentiment of the average tailgater in Minneapolis on game day.
Pros: It has the Peter Borne song "Purple Pride" which is hard to find elsewhere. The other songs are by the original artists and the interludes keep the spirit going.
Cons: It is missing "Skol, Vikings", the official song of the Vikings. Also, there are two other songs that should have made this CD, "Too Many Weapons" and "Vikings Theme".
All in all, even if you don't live in Minnesota anymore, like myself, it will get you ready for another Sunday when you can yell, "Skol, Vikings! Let's win this game!"
