Mind The Gap (DVD, 2005)

If you need high ticket mega-stars in a movie, don't watch it.
If you need hight ticket special effects, don't watch it.
If you need lots of violence and killings, don't watch it.
BUT...if you want to watch a warm hearted, well thought out, journey...and I use the word journey, because it follows five people in their lives, coming to resolution with a missing piece of themselves, take a chance.

I had never heard of this movie, until it was assigned in English class. We had to write an analysis of it. It is a wonderful story about the human condition. It brings all the characters together in different situations. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

The DVD came in simple packaging, no frill or extras. I was very glad to have found it as this movie is one of my wife's favorites and it appears to be hard to find. The DVD itself is in perfect condition, movie played well with no problems. Would have liked a booklet inside but like I said, was just glad to get the movie.

This movie has it all... sweet sentiment, humor, sadness and finally showing us how connected we all are in life... no matter where we live. I had seen part of this movie on cable and couldn't find it again, so I decided to buy the DVD. Once I saw the movie in it's entirety, I was amazed at it's brilliance in being able to jump from one story line to another, yet you always knew exactly where you were and why you were brought there. Also, the music is hauntingly beautiful. An absolutely fantastic film and well worth whatever price you pay for it.
