Industry Reviews
"In theory, making money in real estate is a matter of simply selling a property for more than you paid for it. Naturally, there's a bit more to it than that, and Whitney, who's made millions buying and selling real estate and offers his advice through classes and books, here walks potential buyers through the fundamentals of real estate investing, including finding property, arranging financing and locating buyers. By explaining the fine print, Whitney gives readers the tools they need to approach the real estate market smartly."

I have mentored many students of Russ whitney and I had the chance to see his material before i had even heard of him. Then I read this book and I realized that even though he may have some negative press I would have to say that I am impressed his book is informative and amidst the saels fluff their are some actual jewels of wisdom and some solid knowledge to be obtained by reading the book.

I am a lisfe student of Making money and investing and I have never really considered my education complete but I will always consider the material of Russ Whitney to be a part of it.

Russ whitney is right!!! Real Estate Investing is the haven of the rich. Whether the market goes up or it goes down. Real Estate has always been the absolute best long term investment out there.

Russ Whitney has built an empire off of Real Estate and teaching others how to invest. And in this book he explains in details how in virtually any kind of market whether it is going up or down Real Estate is the investment choice of millionaires.

This book is great for beginners, good for the investor who has done a couple of deals, and just so-so for guys like me that have done alot of deals.

I am a firm advocate of continuing education and have read books from every major Guru. I am always seeking out new material to expand my knowledge of the investing game and I ran across this book going into my second year.

In the book Russ points out the important details, and the not so important details that every investor should know when looking at a potential investment property. I know from firsthand knoweldge that a first time investor and even mildly experienced ones can sometimes get lost fixating on the parts of the deal that are not important. This book clearly demonstrates the difference between the Two.

As a co author of my own book on real estate investing I recommend this book to anyone who wants to continue their education in real estate, or that is investigating real estate investing as a full time or part time career.
