I am not sure what the other guy was talking about but I can honestly tell you that I am a true education junkie (just check out everything I have bought!). I have all of the alphabet after my name: GRI, ABR, ASR, CRS, EPro, CNHS, and the list goes on..... This is really one of the best books out there. It breaks down how to run you real estate career like it is a business. It not only talks about Listings, Leads and Leverage but also about the finances of real estate which most books do not talk about. It also explains about how to build teams (if you want one- I dont currently have one). I followed this books plan last year and increased my income by over 42% in one year. Not a bad thing. Check it out! If you follow it you will become a success.

This book is fantastic. It is full of high level thinking. You get to see the brain and creativity that has made Keller Williams the fastest growing most inovative real estate franchise... and i am not KW... I am an indendant...

) This is a must have book for every Real Estate agent. Great information and some really good points. Its easy to understand and the content is staighforward. Great examples and graphs too. I am really enjoying this book. This is not for amatures only, season Realtors can learn a thing or too.
