This is a very good movie. I bought this for my father in law as he had one on VHS from years ago. He watches this at least a few times a year

) If you are looking for a good classic movie, look no further! Mildred Pierce is probably the BEST classic movie you will EVER. Joan Crawford is one of the BEST actresses EVER. And this is one of her Oscar winning films. She really deserved it.
I decided to buy this movie because I kind of have an obsession with Joan Crawford. She has a very interesting past. There is more to her than Mommie Dearest. And if you buy Mildred Pierce you will see that because there is also a documentary on Joan Crawford on the other side of the DVD.
This is a MUST BUY for the classic movie lovers!

I can see why Joan Crawford won an Oscar for this.
) This is one of the best movies I've ever seen Joan Crawford in. If you love old dramatic movies, you will love Mildred Pierce. Joan plays a struggling mother who is trying to build a restaurant empire while trying to please an ungrateful daughter. A must see.

Bockstarbargains, the thief, took my money and didn't send the DVD, so I couldn't watch the DVD. Though Mildred Pierce is a great movie.

it was an old movie i thought i would give it a try A++i usually buy new movies and as a fluke i tried an old one for a change it was the best move i made it seems that old movies put alot of style and care more for the detail in their acting and to see the stars i have only read about it seems so surereal
