lots of pages...can be overwhelming but with lots of useful information for the A+ pursuer..i dont have any more words to make 100

Mike Meyers explains concepts very well in this book. Would defiantly recommend this to anyone looking to get their A+ certification!!

The book was received in good physical condition but after reading couple of chapters I noticed there is no answer key at the end of each chapter regarding the end of chapter questions and answers. I emailed the email address in the book and they emailed me back to get in touch with the publisher regarding the answer key. I emailed them again requesting the publisher's contact info. and they never emailed me back. Why would anybody publish a book with new answer key?? how am I going to figure out the answers to several confusing questions at the end of the chapters? I wish I knew this before I purchased the book. I do not recommend the book just for that fact and good luck getting in touch with the publisher to get the answers :(

This book has alot of information in it that can help a person better understand computers. There are quite a few mistakes that should have been caught during publication. Some of the questions are not applicable for the study material. I would suggest that it have a key for answers, so that you can know what to review in some cases. Some questions seem to be information that you should need to know, but the text does not make the information intuitive enough to make sure you know that information.
