Shipping was great. XBox worked for 3weeks before RROD hit. Unit no longer works. Upon opening it to do the repair noticed repair job was already done. Unit is un-repairable. Will not purchase used XBOX unit again.

They never sent me my product. I have tried to email with no response. Now I have to wait 30 days to get my money back.

They should be banned from ever selling on ebay again.

Communication poor; receipt time poor; product was damaged; not as auctioned/advertised; buyer had little communication on caring about the arrival of product; since we are new, we are not totally educated on how to return damaged parts.

This Xbox 360 worked fine at first and now I can't get it to work at all. For about weeks I had no trouble, then the AV cable started to give me problems. I thought it was my TV but I tried other TVs with the same result. Eventually the E 74 error came up. Now I can't use it at all and it will cost me $100 to fix it. I could have bought a brand new one with an actual warranty for cheaper. Very frustrating and this seller should be bought from with caution

The good:

the email address for the seller does not exist. I tried to write him to ask if the xbox 360 had been sent and there is not such email address. I am trying to find out if this guy even exists. Item was paid for via paypal and he has his money, its been 13 days and we have no video system or way to contact him.

There wasn't a rating below poor so I had to choose that. But what an understatement. Eparts was completely horrid at communication, if there is any problem with shipping or anything at all. Expect no feedback, no response, nothing. They will keep you guessing. When I recieved the xbox it worked for about a week and then died! It had a 90 day warranty, sent it back. NEVER GOT IT BACK!! I'm still working on the claim for it. Never responded to e-mails, even tracked down his business and no answer. If you want to buy something of good quality and actually get it, don't buy from eparts or LCD Services from Carrolton Texas. They WILL shaft you!

XBOX 360 Pro Console is the best bang for your buck when it comes to consoles. The 60GB Hard Drive is all you need to save games and save gamertags for online play. I give this system a 10 out of 10 for performance,games, and fun.

Just a quick review here. Many people believe that to buy an Xbox 360 is a waste, because of overheating problems & Red Ring of Death issues. I can assure you, as long as the Xbox is placed in a well ventilated area and is not on for more than 8 hours a day, it WILL NOT GET THE RROD. RROD appears after clear and unreasonable overuse of the console, but should not be feared by the average gamer. Do not be fooled if you get an easily fizable RROD...only worry about the one with 3 flashing lights. Once again, if your console is used correctly, it should never occurr.

I recieved my xbox after a VERY slow processing and shipping. I have gotten large packages from china weeks faster then this guy. The picture on the listing showed a HDMI cable(red,blue,green. Correct me if I am calling it the wrong thing) When I didn't receive it the seller said he would check it out and never got back to me.

Xbox works fine, though sometimes it slows like an older xbox would be no problems so far and its been a month and 1/2

I have only used my xbox a few time and all of of a sudden i go to turn it on and i get the red ring of death and it wont turn on.

So far the xbox has worked flawless and im very happy with it. Hopefuly it stays that way. If your thinking of buying one i recommend to buy it her because it was cheaper than in the stores and it works as if was new.

look at this guys feedback last 12 months, hes getting real bad, be careful, auction clearly stated the xbox had a HDMI output and it was rrod. the rrod didn't bother me but not having hdmi did that was the reason i wanted it. also the faceplate was missing which he never mentioned. and it took 19 days to get to me. this seller is becoming a huge turd. BE CAREFUL. id stay away from any of his xbox stuff!

If there are any complications with your purchase, they step right up to the plate and stay true to their promise and accomadate your needs. The Halo 3 game that was promised for me did not work, so they sent me a new one. I didn't have to do a thing. All I had to do was go to the mailbox and get it. There was another thing that I found within my purchase that needed attention and to be addressed, and because they communicate with you so well those needs were met as well. So...thanks!

PS: Don't be afraid to email them if something is not working, they'll be glad to fix it. Their reputation is very important to them.

Nice game station, plays high end graphics games with almost no pausing during play. Unfortunately it does not have wireless ethernet like the PS-3. Also X-Box on-line access is NOT free like PS-3. I would recommend the PS-3 if you're trying to choose.

I decided to buy this XBOX 360 because it was originally priced starting @ $0.99. I was able to get it for 250.00 USD, new, in the box, with a game which is a fairly good price when compared to retail pricing. The system arrived in perfect condition. It is quite fun to play.

I purchased the xbox 360 pro system and it works great. Just like having a brand new item. My roommate is on it all day and night and he has had no problems. It was an upgrade to my dvd player

It's exactly what I was looking for. My grandson wanted one for his 13th birthday on the 23rd...It arrived on the 22nd. Everything was there and just the way it was advertised...Great price too! 100 US dollors cheaper than what we have here in Texas. I have another birthday coming up and will definitely buy from seller again.

I mostly got the Xbox for exclusive RPG games and other Xbox exclusive games. I also own a PS3 and I like having them both for exclusive games and sometimes you can get better pricing for games off of one console over another. I would recomend getting one even if you have other consoles or even if its your first.

I like that I got this one used cause you know its not a red ring right out of the box. If your going to buy new or used make sure to get one with a warenty just incase, better being safe then sorry later on.

If your trying to make a decision on which console you want to start off with make sure to look at the games you can get for one over the other and compare prices in your range. Dont forget to look into extra stuff you will have to get also. The Xbox dosent have wireless built in like the PS3 and its not exactly cheap to buy the adapter, so make sure that you know extra things that you will have to spend your money on so it dosent hurt your wallet too bad after.

All in all im happy with my purchase of the Xbox and would recomend it to others.
