This is basically the same as any other Xbox 360 except it has an HDMI input in the back. Everything works the same and the graphics upgrade isn't much different from component cables. I bought this console used without an HDMI cable or an A/V adapter cable included so I had to fork over a little extra in order to enjoy my games in surround sound via my home theater. Still, it's a good system that should bring many hours of enjoyment.
