    I bought this item because it was described as new.Not only to find out that this item was defective.I contacted the seller and he kept giving me the run around.I had no choice but to open a dispute through pay pal.Then he got upset because I left negative feedback reagrding the item and for opening a dispute with pay pal.After that he send me very unproffesional messages like that it wasn't his fault that the item was defective and that for the lousy $250.00 but, to me $250. are for sure not lousy, because I work my ass off everyday to earn that money but I guess other people do not see it that way.Now, I have the negative feedback and he is now trying to make me look bad but, really all I want is my money back and close my account with ebay.I really do not need to be stressing over people like this!!!!!

    I was not satisfied with the item. the description said sealed in box but all of it was open. on top of that, the xbox got the red ring of death and now i have to send it back to Microsoft and wait even longer for it to get fixed. i was not very satisfied with this seller and do not recommend him/her.
