Microsoft Xbox 360 - 20 GB (NTSC)

This review has very little to do with the X box itself but mostly deals with the problems associated with buying electronics through the mail. You definitely take your chances when you buy electronic devices, especially consoles through the mail. UPS is not gentle with their packages, especially when the guys at the terminals have 45 minutes to clear a 60 ft trailer. The X box we received "went red" within seconds of being plugged in. The item could have been defective from the get-go but I suspect the treatment that packages get via various delivery services, and the fact that the Xbox was poorly packaged with parts unprotected and bumping up against each other.. Be aware that shipping fragile items is dicey at best.
