Microsoft Wireless Networking Adapter (B4B-00009) for Xbox 360

I bought this item because it was described as NEW on the description. I emailed the seller to CONFIRM it was new. They explained that the bottom of the package had been cut with a boxcutter probably by the employee at a store when it was being taken out of a box of many to be displayed and sold in a store, and the store then rejected it, sent it back to the company where the person I bought it from sold it to me as NEW. The seller had no refund policy stated on his auction. It arrived in a package that appeared to have been opened, not cut accidentally as said to me, plus the unit did not work. The seller was apologetic and willing to offer me a refund plus shipping, but after thinking about it, later started giving me the run around once it was sent back to him. I had to do alot to finally get my money back, and still got jerked over on the shipping. I also had to go to the bank and have my debit card cancelled so that they could not take out any more money in my account. A total nightmare. I didnt leave negative feedback, because I told him if he would just give me my money back as he stated he would, I wouldnt leave bad feedback on him. It was a very unfortunate experience.
