Microsoft Windows Vista Inside Out by Carl Siechert, Craig Stinson, Ed Bott (2007, Package)

Good in depth coverage of Vista. Good way to see what is new and changed in this newest version of Windows. There are a lot of things to cover and the authors do a good job of explaination as well as exploration of the program. Recommended

I decided to buy this as I had previously bought the book for XP Inside Out and found it was easy to digest and use in everyday practice.
Vista is, obviously, brand new to me and I needed to find out as much as I could about it in a fairly short time. This book, I had assumed, would do just that and I wasn't disappointed.
There are a few items that I still don't quite understand but I feel with more time and understanding these, too, wil be rsolved. I haven't used the disc that camew with it yet as i'm just starting out trying to get my basics down pat before attempting to go deeper into the program. Overall, i am very pleased with the book, how it's written and its many helpful pictures, tips, etc. Glad I got it.
