Book details alot about working with, manipulating, and creating smart looking e-mails, but doesn't dig deep enough into the Outlook 2000 engine. For example trouble shooting problems which would be one specific reason ( it was mine ) to get a book on the subject, is never dealt with. Overall excellent book on managing your e-mail and working with all the other applications within Outlook.
