Microsoft XP by Dave Field

The book was not based on a Class requirement, rather to have a better understanding of the XP shell strengths, content derived from previous FAT & NTFS OS from Microsoft. The book covers most of the older command line, installation, hardware device add-ons, OS management via control panel or selective Lan Wan protocols. But the big plus on this was System Security Control and how to optimize the OS for end user needs, or achievements via the Registry & Consoles.
