The book was in great condition, packed very well, and was received on-time. I bought it for one of the classes I am taking. Unfortunately yesterday I was advised that I actually need the 2007 version instead of the 2003 version. Consequently I will need to re-sell this particular item.

I love the fact that it is step by step. What I really hate is that the publishing company really did not ready it fully there are typos in the book. It's not the first by the company that I have not found errors in. The PowerPOint book from the company is the worst. I had to by the book because the institution that I'm attending was using it.

I needed this book for a college level computer class. The college book store prices are far too high (almost insulting). Used books at the college bookstore are also way over-priced. I searched Ebay and found exactly what I wanted. When the book arrived it was in very good condition, gently used as described. I did see other of the same books listed but at higher prices. I have purchased a few items on Ebay that weren't quite what I expected but those disappointments are almost always a matter of an oversite on my part.
