I really like this product it's a bit bulky looking to the eye but when u actually play to it it gives the controller more of a complete feel it works great when ur to lazy to hook up a mic and want to say something and it's super easy to use only thing i've noticed is sometimes u have to press the buttons a little hard but other then that it's a great product i highly recommend it one thing thought do not and i repeat do not buy it used my friends have and it wont work with the mics make sure u get it new and it says new in the listings

If you chat on Xbox live or hate having to use on-screen keyboard, the messenger kit is a must have!

I love this product it makes it so much easier to type when you are on xbox live. Its also great because it connect directly to the controller with no cords. it was designed to contour to the controller nicely. the only down side is that it adds extra weight to your controller and if you play a lot it might annoy you but it is very easy to put on and take off and very easy to use

The xbox 360 chatpad makes texting your friends so much easier. I hated using the joystick trying to navagate the on-screen keyboard. all the symbols and everything are at your fingertips!

This attaches to your controller firmly and doesn't move. It DOESN'T REALLY make the controller too bulky; I leave it on while I play. It also has a cool backlight when you use the buttons (like a cell phone/ipod). It might not be for everyone, as it does make the controller a little heavier. It will save you some time typing messages or in-game. The only thing is it's $30 and even though it comes with a headset (which you can connect to this messenger to be able to type AND talk) it's a little on the expensive side. Still, I'd reccomend this to anyone who likes to type messages to people on XBOX Live.

my husband loves it its similar to a phone texting, and he doesnt have to worry about using the headphone to hear people on live. since hes deaf. so it helps him a lot to communicate with others. its great to use.

I love using this cause now when I'm watching a movie or playing a LIVE game like Call of Duty...I don't have to miss anything. I can just type very quickly and be done with my message.

I decided to buy it so that I wouldn't have the hassle of the analog stick jumping over letters and everything when I'm trying to type a message.

I love how easy this is to use and how convenient it is. It's absolutely wonderful! I bought this for myself for chatting on Xbox Live. It is much easier to use than the keypad that they give you on screen. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I liked How I got a black headset with the kit, except that it was the wrong kind of headset and didn't plug into it. I also didn't like how it wasn't in the original packaging, but overall, I would buy from seller again!!

i like it because i was sent the two items that were to be sent to me for a few dollars cheaper than store price. what i didnt know was that the actual kit was broken and the port for the headset was broken. thus i have to unplug the messenger kit, then plug in my headset in order to talk instead of just using both at the same time.

I liked this product because it was a brand-new and still sealed in the original package. The price was also very reasonable.

I love the messenger kit, easy to type on, don't have to adjust your hands as much to play any game, the messenger pad lights up when you text but, you can only use the wired mic that comes w/ the pack because of the insert that you have to use. Other than that, I love it.

This is a perfect add on to the xbox 360 controller. Frankly, it doesn't even make the controller any bigger. Anyway, this helps write texts lightning fast. Especially for me, I always go to my friends house and recover my account on his 360. It takes forever with the controller. But with the chatpad it makes it seem so easy.

it was cheap. this was very good. i liked it a lot. it shipped at a normal rate. the seller contacted me really quickly. he was very understanding.

The chatpad works great, especially when you are playing late at night, it has lighting so you can see the letters and numbers. Might get a little hard to get used to at first since its a big fat thing on the bottom portion of the controller.

this is one of the great ideas of Microsoft... this product makes it so much easier to type messages and type in the redemption codes. Should have boaught this item a long time ago... A++++
