Although this book was required, it does have good illustrations, explanations of terms, and description of diseases.

Well what can I say about a required text book? It is well organized. The material is presented in a way that is easy to follow. There are a lot of great pictures that represent the concepts, as well as diagrams and tables. The international version is a good buy, it is the same as the regular version except that it is a paperback. Save money and go with this version.

i decided to give Ebay a try so i could save some money on a textbook, and i did. i got the right book for a good deal.

I ordered the international version which was advertised with the US hard cover 2nd edition, but when i received it;it was a different cover. I was hesitant to open because this is my first time ordering a book from ebay and especially for a class i need. I was planning on sending it back, thank God i didn't cuz it was going to cost me mula to send back to malaysia. I had nothing to loose so i opened it and it was exactly the same as US edition with minor differences. I'm greatful that it turned out good. I saved $127. Yes!!!
