How I Met Your Mother - Season 1 (DVD, 2006, 3-Disc Set)

I went to visit some friends in california, and they INSISTED that I watch a couple of episodes of this show.I was hooked. I love it, and am looking forward to season two!

I BOUGHT THIS JUST TO SEE ALYSON HANNIGAN...IT'S DEFINATELY NOT "BUFFY". OF COURSE I KNEW THAT WHEN I BOUGHT IT...IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO ANTICIPATE SEASON TWO.

This show is wickedly funny.......a unique story lines, great cast....and funny as hell.....a must buy for comedy lover!

we decided to buy this via ebay because i found a deal cheaper than in stores. we love this television series and now can watch whenever we want! now we look forward to season two.

I never watched the show until my brother-in-law came to spend Christmas with my family and brought this fantastic DVD set. I'll definitely be buying the future sets as they come out. Excellent show!

Probably the best tv show ever. I don't watch tv other than sports and now this show. It's a really funny television show and I can't wait for season 5 to be released on dvd

Very funny! it has an intellectual kind of comedy. very witty. this is probably one of my favorite TV shows. Neil Patrick Harris is a comedic genius! any show with him even doing a guest appearance is sure to be hillarious.

I heard good things about this show and decided to buy the first season to see for myself. It's hilarious! Neil Patrick Harris is the show-stealer but the entire cast is funny. I'm halfway through Season 2 now because I can't get enough!

This first season of How I Met Your Mother is a great start to what is now on their 4th Season. It is a must have for important background information between Ted and Robin's relationship and Marshal and Lily's too. ALL seasons are worth owning, they are addicting and can be watched over and over again.

This has to be the funniest show ever. I laugh constantly all throughout watching it. I could sit for hours and watch the same episodes over and over again.

From the very first episode I watched, I fell in love with this show. Every episode is good for many laughs that continue through the entire show.

In a time when most people thought the live action situation comedy was dead. How I Met Your Mother comes along and proves that theory dead wrong. I saw a couple of episodes on CBS.com and in a matter of mere days I bought Season One. This series made me laugh in a way, I have not laughed since Friends. The series is about Ted Moseby retelling the story of how we met his children's mother. However, it is unclear that these kids he is retelling his story to are even his kids. During the telling of his story Ted tells about his experiences in New York City with his friends. Now, for people who despise narrations, despised Friends, and or despise freeze frames. This series isn't for you. But if you enjoyed Friends you'll enjoy this series.

I love the humor, I love the style, the writing is fantastic, and so is the cast. I completely enjoy the characters and their interactions. It's got serious parts without being corny, laugh-out-loud parts, and enough high-fives for everyone.

i was unable to find this in any other location. i had been searching for a long time. i was pleased with the price also.

I was a big fan of Friends and since it stopped , I haven't been able to find a sitcom just as funny as it was. Now I did with "How I met your mother". Actors are just great and scenarios are hilarious. A big bravo from France. Enjoy!
