I was feeling like a loser as a Christian before reading this book. I then realized that God doesn't expect perfection. We expect too much of ourselves and we need to concentrate on the right and good things. I highly recommend this book for all who aren't perfect christians.

Well, I love the product I bought--Messy Spirituality-- was in excellent condition; although, I was just GRATEFUL to have it in my possession because a beloved counselor lady friend told me about it, and I had to have it. I am very glad I bought it and would recommend it to ANYONE. It is very easy to read and understand. It is helpful and brings a lot of comfort to those struggling in their own walk in life.

Great title for a super book about God's Love & Grace!
) After reading this book at a friend's suggestion, I went and bought more copies to share with friends. Like Brennan Manning's RAGAMUFFIN GOSPEL, this book is about God's boundless love and Grace, but it is easier to read, great for the new and struggling Christian. Manning's work may be more scholarly, but scholarly is not always what a struggling Christian needs. This book has many stories about how God accepts the unacceptable and why we should, too [to counter-act the legalistic tendencies many of us still have.] It's very encouraging.
