I got this book cause I was reading the series. Its a great book. It really kept you on the edge of your seat. Lora Leigh did a great job with the characters in this book.

) I found a paranormal series that I could immerse myself. To my delight it was by author, Lora Leigh. I have read a few SEALS series borrowed from the library. Also borrowed 'Tempting the Beast' of the BREEDS series, I wanted to have my own copies. The genetic manipulation is same idea of pandora's box we live with food being hybridized, Dolly's cloning. Exploring new ideas allows us to make decisons, setting our own limits. Lora Leigh can entrance me, envelope me in a plausible world, yet allow me to sleep without nightmares. Thank you for all the reviewers who steered me to this store, and Author. I appreciate the Seller's wide selection.

) What can I say, I love love love lora leigh's books and the way she writes. You can feel the emotion of the characters. Merc and Ria together were fantastic. You felt Ria's inner conflict and pain as well as Merc's insecurities and determination. Can't wait for the other books in her Breed series.

I love Lora Leigh as an author and knew that the book would be good. The book is in "like new" condition which made it even better. It is exactly what I hoped it would be.

) Lora Leigh is one of my favorite authors. Hands down she writes amazing books that engross the reading and entertain the mind along with all five senses.
This book was definitely a great addition to the Breeds Series. From the very beginning I was intrigued and drawn to the characters. Especially Merc, he had so much horrific memories of his past that he had to deal with each and every day. But Ria is definitely a perfect match for him. The by-play between the two main characters in this book was both riveting and sarcastic at times.
I would recommend this book to anyone searching for something to curl up with on a rainy day. It is a great read. Thank you Lora Leigh for writing another great addition to the Breeds Series.

In Mercury's War, Leigh follows the Breeds through a new threat. Someone inside Sanctuary is selling medical information to outside sources. Ria is sent to find the leak before Pride leader Callan or BBA Director Jonas know the leak exists.
I loved the interaction between Mercury and Ria. Oozing with sexual tension and longing, they are a truly one hot couple. Also in this book as in Harmony's Way: A Novel of Paranormal Passion (The Breeds, Volume 2) (Harmony's Way is the 8th book in the Breeds series. Jonas shows himself to have a heart. I do hope he will eventually get a book. If you loved all the past breed books you will definitely love this one.
